COMMUNICATION

Use your wireless Wi-Fi network to build a network between the Nipper, your company software (e.g. ERP), the ANT server and any external devices.

CREATE A MAP WITH ANTLAB SOFTWARE
When first starting to use the Nipper, you use AntLab software to create a map. In this map, you are able to define routes and integrate devices like chargers, parking places and arrival selectors for drop off positions. The ANT Server communicates with the Nipper via your wireless Wi-Fi network.

TRANSMIT SIGNALS VIA THE NIPPER CONTROL BOX
To enable the Nipper to communicate with any external devices, we have created a control box. This control box uses external I/O to transmit signals between the ANT Server and any external devices, such as common robots, speed doors, production machines, pallet (de)stackers, elevators or pallet packaging machines like the DINO Stretch Hood.

API SCRIPTS TO LINK COMPANY SOFTWARE TO ANT SERVER
Application Programming Interface (API) scripts enable you to link your business software (e.g. ERP) to ANT Server. The API scripts allow the systems and software to communicate with each other and to exchange data. For example, by using API scripts, your company software can sent instructions to the Nipper, telling the device where to pick up any pallets and where to take them.
