K.L.A.IN.robotics: robots for factory automation and mechatronics
In 1999 K.L.A.IN.robotics was founded in Brescia, northern Italy. K.L.A.IN.robotics specializes in the distribution of robots for the world of factory automation and mechatronics components. Fabio Greco, CEO of K.L.A.IN.robotics tells us more about the company: “The company can boast a high technical profile, qualified and constantly updated staff, an accurate and careful selection of managed brands and products and attention to the evolution of the industry. We define these as our strengths. Nipper distribution throughout Italy
K.L.A.IN.robotics recently started their collaboration with F3-Design. We trained K.L.A.IN.robotics by providing the Nipper Products Training, in which they learned about the products we have and the pros and cons of each product. In addition, we trained our new integrator with the Nipper Software Training, in which they learned how to install a Nipper and how to map out a route for the Nipper in a factory. Ready to serve their customers!
Fabio: “We strongly believe in the power of innovation. Implementing a robot like the Nipper means increasing the productivity of companies and working on a higher standard of staff safety. What company doesn’t work with cargo at the moment? We would say almost none: here the transport of pallets can be fully automated without resorting to excessive costs of changing the layout of the work area and leaving the operators to do much more ennobling activities.”
Evolution is innovation
Nipper is an innovative product. It excels in logistic areas thanks to its mechanical structure and navigation system. In combination with its transparent and flexible interface, integration is a piece of cake. Fabio: “Since 2017, K.L.A.IN.robotics has been working with robots designed for intralogistics, and the Nipper product fully meets the needs that we also find among customers. There is no company that does not have to move pallets in its production process. The Nipper is an innovative product in step with time. This feature is also present in the F3-Design team, open to collaboration. Working with a company that invests in a similar product, which provides a good slice of the market with the right tools to manage their internal needs and, consequently, increase their productivity, is a big plus. In addition, we have identified Willem Lepelaars from F3-Design as an excellent interface, with who we have defined this collaboration with the classic handshake.”
K.L.A.IN.robotics supports from A to Z

It is a compact Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) for unmanned internal pallet transportation that will save substantial amounts of manpower and insurance, as well as increase productivity. In addition, our technical department also offers training courses so that the customer is independent and can manage everything about the robot himself.”

Fabio: “We have been Nipper distributors for Italy for a few months. The response from the market and customers, however, is already really good. We exhibited the robot at the fair in Milan in May 2022, and the requests for information received were many. This is the proof that Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are the robots of the moment. Let’s now see how the coming months and market demands develop.”
